<p>A monitoring system comprises a center device and a plurality of terminal devices. When receiving a first request from a terminal device, the center device returns a first response. When the center device has a request to another terminal device at this time, the center device allows the first response to contain designation information designating another terminal device forementioned. When the designation information is contained in the first response, the terminal device having received the first response transfers the designation information to the corresponding terminal device. The corresponding terminal device transmits a second request to the center device when receiving the designation information. Therefore, the center device can speedily transmit the request to another terminal device forementioned to the terminal device.</p> |
