CURABLE BACK-FILLING LUBRICATING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable back-filling lubricating material suppressing the impregnation of water into a bedrock to support a tail void during the period acting as a lubricating material and thereafter cured to develop the strength corresponding to the bedrock and exhibit the action of a back-filling material.

SOLUTION: The material A produced by mixing 100 wt.% water with 20-60 wt.% sodium silicate is mixed with a material B prepared by mixing 100 wt.% fly ash with 4-130 wt.% cement, 6-10 wt.% bentonite and 140-500 wt.% water. Anhydrous gypsum is optionally mixed in an amount of 6-10 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the fly ash of the material B to optionally adjust the curing rate and a plant fiber is mixed in an amount of 1-2 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the fly ash of the material B, to increase the water-stopping property.
