PURPOSE: A web application providing device and a method thereof without using HTTP used on a client side are provided to implement the application as a standard UI based on a web browser. CONSTITUTION: A web application providing device includes an input-output unit(110), a data processing unit(130) and a web application providing unit(120). The input-output unit outputs the requested page the page request information of the application consisting of the page unit is input. The data processing unit processes data required for the configuration of a page based on the page request information. The data processing block provides a template(134) for the screen configuration of processed data and page. The web application offer unit generates a page it uses processed data and the template.
