<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile station UE to prescribe how measurement reports, cell reselection, or the like should be performed, when starting a timer in a plurality of frequency cells having different priority. <P>SOLUTION: A handover control method includes: a process for allowing the mobile station UE to measure radio quality in a plurality of different frequency cells at a prescribed measurement interval; and a process for allowing the mobile station UE to start a timer for measuring a period when radio quality in specified frequency cells continues to meet report conditions, when determining that radio quality in the specified frequency cells meets the report conditions, and to transmit the measurement report including the radio quality in the specified frequency cells to a radio base station eNB in the expiration of the timer. The mobile station UE stops a second timer and starts a first timer, when determining that radio quality in a first frequency cell having priority higher than that of a second frequency cell meets the report conditions after determining that radio quality in the second frequency cell meets the report conditions and then starting the second timer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
