<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric differential speed reducer capable of increasing load capacity (maximum torque), by reducing reaction in a radial direction applied to a crankshaft. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spur gear 12 and the crankshaft 13 meshing with an input shaft 11 are respectively arranged by three or more. An auxiliary crankshaft 18 is also provided so as to be rotatably held by an output shaft 14 and to have driven cam parts 18a and 18b eccentric to the axis. The respective crankshafts 13 are arranged so that the axis of the respective crankshafts 13 vertically crosses with its circumference to the same circle.
