METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SELECTION OF APTAMER, AND SENSING METHOD USING THE APTAMER

The object aims to develop a method and an apparatus for selecting an aptamer (a nucleic acid capable of specifically binding to a molecule), which can be achieved by simple procedures and have broad utility. The aptamer selection method is a method for selecting an aptamer (a nucleic acid capable of specifically binding to a molecule), and comprises the following steps: a first step of binding a double-stranded-nucleic-acid-binding substance which can bind specifically to a double-stranded part in a nucleic acid to a double-stranded part in a first single-stranded nucleic acid (an aptamer candidate), wherein the double-stranded part is formed by the hybridization of at least a part in the sequence of the first single-stranded nucleic acid; a second step of binding the first single-stranded nucleic acid to a molecule to which the first single-stranded nucleic acid can bind specifically; and a third step of dissociating the first single-stranded nucleic acid bound to the molecule from the double-stranded-nucleic-acid-binding substance.
