<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of an automobile having a frame member which substantially linearly extends in a cross direction of a vehicle body so that its rear end is connected to a dash panel in which a bending planned part bent when shock load in the cross direction of the vehicle body is input is provided, capable of comprising the bending planned part without increase in members. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The planned bending parts T2, T3 are comprises by off-setting a center Z in Fig. on an axial section of a front side frame 5 (frame member) in the planned bending parts T2, T3 in the predetermined direction side with respect to the center Z in Fig. on the axial section of parts other than the planned bending parts T2, T3.
