PURPOSE: A system for collecting and presupposing information of a local environment is provided to supply effective information by collecting environment weather information in a real life and predicting environment weather change based on them. CONSTITUTION: In a system for collecting and presupposing information of a local environment, the system is composed of a mobile communication terminal and a communication network. More than two information collection systems are installed at the adjacent mobile terminal and detect environment information through an individual sensor. The environmental information includes installation position information of a mobile relay(105).
