<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car life lifetime cost reduction system for calculating the predicted value of car costs to be spent on a lifetime from the past disposition of a customer, and for reducing car life lifetime costs by instructing the orientation of the future vehicle purchase. <P>SOLUTION: When the ID of a person in charge, password, and store name are input to a log-in screen 1, a menu screen 2 is started, and a customer list or a master selecting function can be selected. A desired customer is selected from the list of customers on the menu screen 2 while referring to the master value of a master maintenance screen 11, and when the personal information of the customer, vehicle information and event information is input while being confirmed with the customer, a diagnostic result related with the car life of the customer is displayed on a diagnostic result screen 6.
