<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can precisely remove show-through effects by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an input unit which receives a monochromatic original image data; a separation unit which separates the input image data to a plurality of statistically independent separated image data; a discrimination unit which discriminates any separated image data out of respective separated image data as surface image data corresponding to the surface of the original; and an output unit which outputs the surface image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
