DECORATIVE PANEL AND METHOD FOR ADHERING SURFACE MATERIAL TO AIR-PERMEABLE SUBSTRATE IN DECORATIVE PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adhering a surface material to an air-permeable substrate in a decorative panel, where high air permeability and moisture permeability between the surface material and the air-permeable substrate are achieved while the surface material is strongly bonded to the air-permeable substrate.

SOLUTION: This adhering method includes an attaching process S1 of attaching the air-permeable substrate 2 and the surface material 3 by interposing a composite adhesive 4 containing an adhesive 5 and an expandable microcapsule 6, expandable by heat between the air-permeable substrate 2 and the surface material 3 having air permeability; and a heating process S2 of heating the expandable microcapsule 6 in the composite adhesive 4 to expand and rupture it and forming voids 7 between the air-permeable substrate 2 and the surface material 3.
