<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a main moving picture using the entire main screen, and to view and recognize the main moving picture at the other multi angles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A moving picture encode apparatus 100 has: a divided screen setting part 116 that sets a plurality of divided screens obtained by dividing an occupied screen of sub moving picture data in a main screen; a data size reduction part 118 that reduces size of the plurality of main moving picture data generated at multi angles to each size of the divided screen; an index generator 122 that compounds the plurality of the reduced main moving picture data to generate an index moving picture data so that the reduced main moving picture data are displayed on the divided screens one by one; an encoder 112 that encodes the index moving picture data as the sub moving picture data; and an information appending part 128 that appends an index reproduction possible information to at least one of the encoded main moving picture data and the sub moving picture data.
