<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact magnetostatic wave oscillator capable of oscillating a micro wave at a high frequency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an air gap between a bottom 6 and a copper plate 9, a second rough adjustment electromagnetic coil 12 is formed while being wound around a lower magnetic pole 7. Namely, in a magnetostatic wave oscillator, two electromagnetic coils of the rough-adjustment electromagnetic coil 10 and a second rough-adjustment electromagnetic coil 12 are provided on both sides in a magnetic field direction when viewed from a magnetostatic wave element 1. Between the two electromagnetic coils, the second rough-adjustment electromagnetic coil 12 is provided in contact with the copper plate 9 (supporting plate). The second rough-adjustment electromagnetic coil 12 is wound in the same direction as the rough-adjustment electromagnetic coil 10, and electrically connected in series or in parallel with the rough-adjustment electromagnetic coil 10.
