Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this connection structure for a composite floor slab and the main girder, the steel skeleton, which is provided with the bottom steel plate with a haunch portion, forming an undersurface of the composite floor slab and having, and a reinforcing member fixed on the bottom steel plate, is installed on the upper flange of the main girder; and the seal member is arranged between the end of the upper flange and the edge of the bottom steel plate. The connection structure comprises: an adjusting and supporting means 53 for supporting the steel skeleton 1 on the upper flange 5 of the main girder 4 in such a manner that the installation height of the steel skeleton 1 can be adjusted; the gap 50 which makes the end 5a of the upper flange 5 horizontally isolated from the edge 2a of the bottom steel plate 2 of the steel skeleton 1 installed on the upper flange 5, without making the edge 2a of the bottom steel plate 2 vertically overlap the end 5a of the upper flange 5; and the seal member 64 which is arranged in the state of maintaining a pressing force applied to the gap 50 between the end 5a of the flange 5 and the edge 2a of the bottom steel plate 2.
