The high-frequency module of the present embodiment comprises a substrate (8), a circuit board (5), and a waveguide (6). The substrate (8) has a high-frequency signal input/output unit (7a) on one surface. Circuit board (5) has a dielectric waveguide line (4), the end surfaces of which are exposed, and which is arranged on one surface such that virtual planes formed by extension of the end surfaces intersect one surface of substrate (8). The waveguide (6) has an aperture at both ends, one aperture being connected to an end surface of the dielectric waveguide line (4), and the other aperture being connected to the input/output unit (7a) of the substrate (8).
