PURPOSE: A temporary password generator, a server for authenticating a user, and a system including the same are provided to generate various passwords by generating the password according to the information time. CONSTITUTION: A temporary password generator(100) includes an input unit(110), a seed generator(120), a password generator(140), and a display unit(150). The input unit receives a first seed value from a user. The seed generator generates a second seed value based on the first seed value. The password generator generates the temporary password based on the second seed value and the time information. The display unit displays the password.
