#CMT# #/CMT# The machine has an unwinding support (1) for unwinding a lamination strip through a work zone (2) in which lamination plates are simultaneously realized one by one. The work zone has a forming station in which each lamination plate is cut into a lamination with a predefined shape. The work zone has a stacking station in which the cut lamination plates are arranged one above the other till obtaining a complete lamination (P), where the stacking station is constituted of a stacking array (6). The work zone has an ejecting station that ejects the complete lamination. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating laminations. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Machine for fabricating laminations formed by folding of lamination plates, to fabricate a rotor of an electric or electromechanical motor in automobile or aeronautical industry. Can also be used for forming a specific capacitor in electrical industry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The design of the machine assures shaping, cutting and stacking of different successive lamination plates, in a simultaneous and precise manner, thus optimizing the fabrication time and cost of the laminations, and optimizing the productivity of the laminations, while improving the quality of the laminations and reliability of magnetic properties of the laminations. The method fabricates the pressed laminations in an optimal, automatic, rapid and rationalized manner.
