The pump has a skew plate (1), and pistons (2) for intaking and discharging hydraulic liquid i.e. oil, that is injected through an inlet orifice. Holes (7) are communicated with a central pipe (8) connected to a suction chamber (4) by a pipe (9), though a slide (10) such that the liquid discharged through the pistons is recycled directly in the suction chamber. The slide permits or prevents the communication between the holes and the pipe (8).
