A vehicle seat-heating construction includes an electric heating element which is mounted on a flat element-carrier and fitted in a vehicle seat (10, 11), the flat carrier being placed out-most in the seat upholstery during manufacture of the seat. According to the invention, the element-carrier has mounted thereon a temeprature control circuit (6) and the carrier is placed in the sitting-part (10) of the vehicle seat so as to lie adjacent an edge (5) which, subsequent to assembly, is covered or overlapped by the lower edge of the back-rest (11) of the vehicle seat. The element-carrier and the temperatur control circuit therewith form an integrated component and the temperature control circuit is well protected when mounted in position. |
