The part (4) is constituted of a base of the device resting on a surface in a manner to support the part (3) out of a plane in the surface, where the device is made of paper or cardboard. The band comprises third part (13) integrated with the part (4) through a fixation unit, where the part (13) is combined with the part (4) to form a support unit inclined with respect to the part (3) through support surfaces formed by one of the parts (4, 13).
