<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation floor structure capable of acquiring a stable sense of walking and surely damping vibrations generated on a floor by an impact. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of floor board supporting members, which are provided between a sub-floor section 1 and a floor board 2, comprise a member A for an end, which holds a wall-side end of the floor board 2 by a wall 4, and an intermediate member B which holds both ends of the adjacent floor boards 2 and 2. The member A and the intermediate member B are equipped with fixing portions 10A and 10B which are fixed to floor beams 1a and 1b, holding portions 20A and 20B for holding the end of the floor board 2, and vibration damping means 30A and 30B which are provided between first vertical plate portions 11A and 11B of the fixing portions 10A and 10B and second vertical plate portions 21A and 21B of the holding portions 20A and 20B, respectively.
