<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment in which a user can easily find an object to be reused, and easily reuse the object. <P>SOLUTION: Based on an instruction by a user, a new document is formed by use of a plurality of objects selected from searched objects. At that time, the plurality of objects used for the formation of the new document is grouped, and information for this group is stored in association with the plurality of objects. In searching, objects related to an object to be searched based on a keyword are searched based on the information for the group.
