FEE CALCULATION SYSTEM, FEE CALCULATION PROGRAM, AND FEE CALCULATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fee calculation system for flexibly dealing with future diversity of fee plans of a communication service or additional services.

SOLUTION: A billing destination determination means of the fee calculation system determines a billing destination of the fee on use of the communication service. A service user number determination means determines a service user number accompanying the billing determination. A flat rate fee calculation means calculates a flat rate fee of the communication service according to the service user number. A communication fee calculation means calculates the communication fee of the communication service according to the service user number. A discount calculation means calculates a discount on the flat rate fee and the communication fee for each service user number, or the sum of the flat rate fee and the communication fee. A billing destination fee calculation means calculates the fee of the billing destination based on the discounted fee calculated by the discount calculation means of all of the service user numbers accompanying the billing destination.
