<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front structure for a vehicle capable of preventing a grille from being downwardly deformed and sufficiently absorbing an impact load. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The front structure 15 for the vehicle is provided with an upper support bracket 31 provided on an upper grille 26 and opposed to an upper wall 47 of a bumper beam 21; and a lower support bracket 32 provided on an upper wall 42 of a bumper beam 21 so as to place the upper support bracket 31. The front structure 15 for the vehicle is constituted so that the upper support bracket 31 can be moved to a rear side of the vehicle body relative to the lower support bracket 32 by the impact load F applied to a bumper face 23.
