The device has a heat storage facility (13) including a storage medium i.e. water, and a heating device (15) including a heating medium for heating a part of a building e.g. terrace house. A demand controller (17) produces interconnecting configurations between a solar plant (11), the facility and the device (15). The plant is connected directly with the device (15) in a direct heat configuration, for transferring heat energy of a solar medium directly to the heating medium. The plant is connected with the facility in a storage configuration, for transferring the energy to the storage medium. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for heating a building exclusively with solar energy (2) a management system for controlling and/or regulating a device for heating a building exclusively with solar energy.
