PURPOSE: A mortar coated-sandwich panel is used for troublesome cutting a wall body for wiring, and to prevent crack of a wall by attaching a member having insulation and flame resistance property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a mortar coated-sandwich panel comprises the following steps of: installing a net(12) on both sides of a member(11) having insulation and flame resistance property; applying mortar on the net; completing the surface on the net; forming a path(10) on an inner side of an intermediate member; inserting a flame resistance pipe into the path; and installing a switch or a wall socket while cutting a wall mortar surface. The net prevents cracks of the wall.
