<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the operation of a water storage facility so as to increase a power generation quantity, or a power sales amount by hydroelectric power generation. <P>SOLUTION: An optimal storage water level calculation system 200 is provided with: a model storing part 252 for storing an amount of water intake calculation model 6 for calculating an amount Q of water intake to be used for hydroelectric power generation on the basis of a water storage amount difference ΔV from a start point of time to an end point of time of a unit period and an inflow amount R, a water level calculation model 1 for calculating an operation water level H of the water storage facility on the basis of a water storage amount Q, an electric power calculation model 10 for calculating generated power En on the basis of the amount Q of water intake and the operation water level H, and a money amount of power selling calculation model 11 for calculating the money amount of power selling; a predicted inflow amount acquiring part 213 for acquiring a predicted value of the inflow amount; and an operation water level planning part 214 for determining a combination of water storage amounts V at which the generated power En or the money amount of power selling is maximum, applying each of the determined water storage amounts to the water level calculation model 1 to calculate the operation water level H and outputting the calculated operation water level H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
