USER STATE PREDICTION SYSTEM, USER STATE ESTIMATION METHOD, AND USER STATE PREDICTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately and efficiently estimate the degree of intention of a user to a target action on the basis of only an action in a series of communication.

SOLUTION: An estimation system 1 for estimating the intention of a user to perform a target action in a service system 2 is provided with: a log input part 5 for reading log data; a matrix creation part 15 for generating matrix data indicating whether each data element has been requested in a series of communication; a selection part 16 for recording selected matrix data wherein only the data of a relevant data element group remain from the matrix data; an analyzing part 17 for calculating an item parameter and a characteristic valueθin item reaction functions in which probability that the data elements of each item are requested for a user in a series of communication is represented with the function of the characteristic valueθof a user by using the selected matrix data as a reaction pattern; and an analytic result recording part 11.
