PURPOSE: Roulette game device and method are provided, which satisfy sufficient feeling of expectation about high probability of prize winning. CONSTITUTION: A roulette game device comprises: a roulette main body which is formed so that a wheel in which a symbol is regularly arranged can be mechanically rotated; a personal digital terminal which displays regularly arranged betting boards in a monitor and makes a player bet electronically on the betting board; and an information screen which displays the result information generated in the roulette main body and the result information betted in the personal digital terminal in the real-time image. The personal digital terminal provides a first betting board screen and a second betting board screen.
