PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a lubricant may be leaked on the outside of a seedling-planting tool case through a space between an oil seal and a shaft portion, and a problem that the lubricant leaked on the outside may stain a field for planting seedlings or may be short in the seedling-planting tool case to deteriorate the durability of the seedling-planting tool, because the lubricant is sequentially transferred in the space by the sliding movements of the shaft portion to reduce a destination of the lubricant sealed with the oil seal, in a conventional seedling-planting tool which has the seedling-planting tool case having the lubricant in the main space of the inside, in which a seedling push-out tool has the shaft portion sliding on a bearing member in the seedling-planting tool case by push-out movements, and a seedling push-out portion attached to the tip of the shaft portion on the outside of the seedling-planting tool case. SOLUTION: Provided is the seedling planting tool in which a communication groove 85 ranged from the oil seal 82 to the main space A is disposed on the lateral side or rear side of the bearing member 81.
