PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily understand and utilize character information by adding visual information and/or audio information related to the character information when providing the character information acquired from a Web site to the user. SOLUTION: A data acquisition part 112 acquires text data 301 (an RSS (Resource description framework Site Summary) article) via the Internet. A data generation part 113 extracts character data 302 (an address or the name of a landmark) from the text data 301, and extracts spot data 304 showing latitude/longitude corresponding to a place expressed by the character data 302 from a database part 111. The data generation part 113 generates visual-audio data 303 (an RSS distribution map) for expressing the latitude/longitude shown by the spot data 304 as a spot related to the text data 301.
