<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine aggregate of good quality for cement mortal by improving the yield of a particular particle size of gravel and sand (sea sand or mountain sand), materials to be crushed, by obtaining mountain sand with fewer salients by surface grinding, and by separating light fine powders separated by dispersion to the upward through crushing or grinding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a particle size adjustor for fine aggregate, a machine box 2 consisting of a plurality of outward protruded arc and vertical side plates 2' is installed to a machine frame 1, high-speed rotary shafts 3 are installed on the respective curvature center lines c of the side plates 2', agitating blades 4 intersecting with each other at right angles in upper and lower stages of respective plural stages of the high-speed rotary shafts 3 and passing through raw material agitation space t are installed, a raw material feed opening 6 is installed in the center of the upper surface plate 5 of the machine box 2 without mutual interference of the agitation blades 4, 4 of the adjacent high-speed rotary shafts 3, 3, a discharge hopper 7 is installed in the lower end, and a plurality of dispersed-powder discharge openings 8 are opened at the side plate 2' side of the upper surface plate 5.
