<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for suppressing illegal leakage of remove information and obtaining a result of using each remove information at a remove information provider. <P>SOLUTION: A center server 12 includes a first remove information DB 24 for registering the remove information composed of the name of a person who removes, old address, and new address in association with unique remove ID, a management program 22 for transmitting the encrypted remove information to a local server 14, and a result management DB 26 for storing the result of use transmitted from the local server 14, and the local server 14 includes a second remove information DB 34 for storing the remove information transmitted from the central server 12, and an updating program 32, and a use result DB 38 for recording the remove information used for updating in association with a user ID.
