<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator of high heat efficiency and good design, with respect to a plastic hot water circulation radiator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An exposed radiating section 8 is composed of a hot water circulation radiating panel 81 (82) entirely composed of plastic resin pipes by arranging a number of grouped plastic longitudinal pipes 8B of the same diameter and length in parallel with each other, communicating their upper ends and lower ends by plastic horizontal pipes 8A, and forming a hot water supply opening 8S and a hot water discharge opening 8R on the horizontal pipe 8A of the lower end.
