<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor for removing foreign substances staying in its pressure introducing holes and the pressure sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By providing a first and second pressure introducing holes 31, 32 in a housing 30, and moreover providing a divider 50 in a pressure detection chamber 40, an air flow of a pressure medium from the first introducing hole 31 to the second introducing hole 32 through the detection chamber 40 is formed inside the pressure sensor 1. Consequently, foreign substances having entered the pressure sensor 1 are ejected outside the pressure sensor 1 by the air flow of the pressure medium, so foreign substances staying on the wall surface 31a, 32a of each introducing hole 31, 32, and inside the pressure sensor 1 are removed from the pressure sensor 1.
