DISPLAY DEVICE OPERABLE IN PARTIAL LOW POWER DISPLAY MODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device operable in a partial low power display mode. SOLUTION: This display device includes a display cell 1, and the display cell 1 can include a matrix of electrodes arranged in the shape of a row (L0-L8) and a column (C0-C68) in a liquid crystal and a closing cavity. The row and the column define a picture element of the display cell. The display device includes a control circuit of the row and the column for displaying data on the display cell. An address is designated on several voltage levels by continuously multiplexing all the rows and columns with every row in a complete display mode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
