A means for realizing prediction of movement of a cell with a simple structure is provided. The contour of a cell (C) being observed is extracted from a cell observation image acquired by an imaging device, and a cell model (Mc) made by modeling the outline form of the cell is adapted. A direction in which the cell being observed will move is derived by using the adapted cell model (Mc). |
