<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a coating having excellent quality without causing bumping and dent during air discharge even if the boiling point of a solvent having the lowest boiling point among solvents existent in a resin composition is 180°C or less. <P>SOLUTION: In this vacuum drying method for the coloring resin composition for color filter, the substrate on which the coloring resin composition for color filter containing at least pigment, polymer, and the solvent is applied is dried in vacuum on a vacuum drying plate in a vacuum dryer, the boiling point of the solvent having the lowest boiling point among the solvents existent in the coloring resin composition for color filter is 180°C or less, and temperature of the vacuum drying plate is 70-120°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
