PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the frequency ratio of vibration in a dual-axis drive optical reflecting element. SOLUTION: This optical reflecting element comprises: a mirror part 1; a tuning fork type vibrator 3 connected to the mirror part 1 via a supporting part 2; a frame body 6 which is connected to the tuning fork type vibrator 3 via a supporting part 5 and enclosing the outer circumference of the tuning fork type vibrator 3 and the mirror part 1; a tuning fork type vibrator 8 connected to the frame body 6 via a supporting part 7; and a supporting body 11 connected to the tuning fork type vibrator 8 via a supporting part 10, wherein the supporting part 2 and the supporting part 5 are formed on a rotary shaft 18 of the tuning fork type vibrator 3, the ends of arms 14 and 15 of the tuning fork type vibrator 8 have projected parts 16A and 16B formed thereon, respectively.
