PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having a wound healing effect at a high concentration to solve the conventional treatment using mannose-6-phosphate which promotes wound healing at high concentration and preventing or mitigating scar formation, but at a high concentration the effects depraves and depraves in comparing with comparison. SOLUTION: Provided is a composition comprising the mannose-6-phosphate formulated by pH adjustment as a suspension or solution at pH 6 to 8, preferably pH 6.5 to 7.5 as a suspension or solution and a suspension or solution of preferably 65 to 300 mM, and a viscous hyaluronic acid gel as a suspending agent, wherein the composition is useful in wound healing, particularly prevention or mitigation of scar formation.
