A splash plate dome assembly (16) for a combustion liner of a turbine engine including a splash plate (20) having an outer periphery (26) including a plurality of corners (27). The splash plate also having an inner periphery (28) defining an aperture (24) and an annular flange (30). The splash plate (20) may include a plurality of first flow guides (32) extending from the outer periphery to the inner periphery. The splash plate may further include a plurality of second flow guides (34), each extending from one of the corners to a position located radially inward relative to the outer periphery and radially outward relative to the inner periphery.
