FOOD COMPOSITION CONTAINING SALACIA GENUS PLANT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition suppressed in discoloration, in spite of containing components of a Salacia genus plant at high concentration and high activity.

SOLUTION: This food composition contains an extract of a Salacia genus plant, and curcuminoids, wherein a value which is determined by formula of a food composition weight (mg)/a 50% inhibitory concentration (μg/ml) of sucrase is 0.1 or above.
