<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup with a lid for maintaining the sealing characteristic of an additive during a distribution process, etc. and for easily mixing the additive in the content of the cup when it is necessary. <P>SOLUTION: This cup 10 with a lid is provided with a tubular cup 12 with a top opening 11a filled with a content and a resin film inside lid 13 whose peripheral edge is joined to the top end of the cup for tightly closing the opening 11a. A small tray 17 whose top end flange part 15b is thermal adhered with no gap for tightly sealing the inside is provided on the inside face of the resin film structuring the inside lid 13.
