<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain development and extension of a user-oriented service by presenting an action according to a user's taste in various online services on the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In the multistage action processing system, the user creates and registers a filter by himself/herself (S11). When the user inputs optional data to an online service having an interactive action function, registered usable filters are displayed (S13). The user selects a single filter or a combination of two or more filters from the usable filters. With respect to a usable action form, registration with a tag or registration of an action starting condition is performed. Input data is parsed through the selected filter group, and the parsing result is displayed. If the result is not satisfied, adjustment of the filters is performed.
