<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition for colored layer formation, which can form high-quality pixels free of unevenness due to water (spotted color unevenness occurring on a pixel pattern after development and cleaning) even with a small amount of light exposure. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive composition for colored layer formation includes (A) a colorant, (B) a polymer having an acidic functional group and a group represented by formula (1), (C) a polyfunctional monomer, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is an ethylene group or a propylene group; n is an integer of 1-5; and "*" shows bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
