PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded member preventing enlargement of printer apparatuses and ensuring sufficient flexibility and atmosphere-blocking barrier performance. SOLUTION: A blocking material composed of scale pieces F is arranged in the surface portion, the inside surface portion or a thick portion. The blocking material, together with an adhesive, is applied after mold extrusion molding so as to block outward permeation of moisture from the inside to the outside of the resin molded member or inward permeation of moisture from the outside to the inside. The blocking material also prevents dilution of the ink in the resin molded member due to permeation of the external atmosphere and the deterioration of the quality of the ink due to an increase of the viscosity of the ink caused by a decrease of the water of the ink.
