PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate power by maintaining a temperature difference between a heating part and a cooling part of a thermoelectric module. SOLUTION: In a thermoelectric power generator for generating power by arranging the thermoelectric module 15 so as to withstand radiant heat from a fixing roller 11, a heat conduction member 18 for interrupting heat conduction from the fixing roller 11 is arranged oppositely to an overheat surface 16a of a Seebeck element 16 in the thermoelectric module 15. The heat conduction member 18 has heat conductivity, and when approaching a heating surface, conducts heat from a heater to the heating surface.
