PURPOSE: A novel macromolecule transduction domain and a method for isolating the same are provided to mediate delivery of biologically active molecule into a cell. CONSTITUTION: A macromolecule transduction domain (MTD) peptide mediates delivery of biologically active molecule to a cell. The peptide has amino acid of the amino acid sequence number 1 to 193. An isolated polynucleotide encodes the MTD. The isolated polynucleotide has a sequence of the sequence number 194-386.
