<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device capable of regulating a sight line position of a driver while adopting a type of imaging a display image on a windshield by a virtual image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This head-up display device 10 magnifies the image displayed on a display panel 25 by a mirror optical system 30, reflects a magnified image by the windshield 16, and makes the driver 18 of own vehicle recognize visually the virtual image 20b of the image. The head-up display device 10 is provided with a movable mirror 32 fixed onto a mirror holder 35b journaled turnably to a casing 22, and for reflecting an image light beam 26 emitted from the display panel 25 along a vertical direction of the image. The movable mirror 32 has the turning center line by the mirror holder 35b on a reflecting face, is turned along a direction of changing a reflection angle by the turning of the mirror holder 35, and changes a position of the virtual image 20b to be visually confirmed by the driver 18.
