<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having low linear expansion coefficient and excellent in impact resistance, especially planar impact strength at low temperature and surface appearance; shaped articles and exterior parts for vehicles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition comprising 1 to 99 wt.% of aromatic polycarbonate resin (A), 1 to 99 wt.% of aromatic polyester resin (B) based on 100 wt.% total of (A) and (B), 1 to 50 parts by weight of graft copolymer (C) obtained by graft polymerization of rubbery polymer with a vinyl monomer, and 30 to 200 parts by weight of talc (D), provided that the total amount of (A) the aromatic polycarbonate resin and (B) the aromatic polyester resin should be 100 parts by weight. In the composition, the aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and the aromatic polyester resin (B) have continuous structure of the two phase with structural period of 0.001 to 1.0 μm or dispersed structure with interparticle distance of 0.001 to 1 μm.
